In ancient times, however, yoga was something much more. It was a physical, mental, and spiritual connection focusing on connection with oneself and the world around you.
Its important to understand the purpose of yoga as not just a workout, but a state of mind and being.
The goal of yoga is divinity and enlightenment, complete inner peace.
