I have already done face yoga. I am not sure about the benefits of it, however like yoga, I know that it is definitely working my muscles and I can feel a difference with relaxation and control over aspects of my body and face. Face yoga apparently is the new natural anti-aging trend as this article eludes to. It allows for the student to practice various faces like lion face or fish face to target different parts of the face.
The idea is not impractical at all and makes sense in the biological sense. Working muscles increases blood flow, and encourages collagen and other promoters of elasticity which control how wrinkled a face can get.
As yoga moves forward we're not only seeing facial yoga but so many other varieties as well!
