Self Practice Reflection (Monday 9/3/2012)

The great thing about self practice in yoga is that you can go at your own pace and in whichever environment you choose. Yesterday consisted of a calming yoga session with my friends from Holland. The most basic vinyasa was where the day had taken us. Later that evening I ran 4 miles then headed to kickboxing at the Rec Center continuing to practice fluidity of the body and control in each muscle and each breath.
